Corti to replace injured Bradl in Germany
Stefan Bradl will miss his home MotoGP race this weekend in Germany following the injury he suffered during the Dutch TT at Assen. The German Yamaha Forward rider fractured his right scaphoid in an accident during the race, and underwent surgery the Monday after the event. However, the team said Bradl is still in pain and will be absent from the Sachsenring race. Bradl will be replaced by Claudio Corti. "It's really a shame to be forced to miss my home grand prix, but doctors have advised me not to rush the recovery in order not to jeopardise the rest of the season," Bradl said.
