MotoGP confirms 20-round 2020 calendar
MotoGP has confirmed its 2020 calendar, which will feature 20 rounds – up one from last season – with the addition of Finland. As is now tradition, the season will begin in Qatar on March 8 under floodlights before heading east to Thailand, which becomes round two on the calendar, whilst Argentina and the United States have swapped places. The European leg then kicks off on May 3 in Spain with a return to Finland in mid-July, followed by three flyaways; Japan, Australia and Malaysia before the season finale in Valencia on November 15. The calendar is unchanged from the provisional list issued in August.
