Michelin debut asymmetric front tyre

Michelin will provide an asymmetric front tyre for the first time this season at the weekend's MotoGP race at Sachsenring in response to the tight and twisty circuit. The Sachsenring is heavily biased towards left-hand turns and Michelin will be providing a front tyre with a harder rubber compound on the left shoulder than on the right with a soft and hard version available.
