Crutchlow heads Lorenzo and Vinales in Barcelona test

LCR Honda rider Cal Crutchlow was quickest in MotoGP's post-race test day at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. Crutchlow went from sixth to first with three minutes remaining in the session, deposing Jorge Lorenzo with a lap of 1m43.963s. The previous benchmark - Lorenzo's 1m44.202s - had stood for many hours before that, while during the morning the top spot had been occupied by his future Yamaha replacement Maverick Vinales and his 1m44.310s lap. Lorenzo and Vinales would make up the top three behind Crutchlow at the chequered flag, with Ducati's Andrea Iannone fourth and Vinales' Suzuki teammate Aleix Espargaro making up the top five.
