Marquez: Aero development will “never stop” now it’s started
Honda’s two-time MotoGP champion Marc Marquez believes that development of aerodynamic winglets will continue apace – unless rulemarkers ban them. Marquez tested today with three new winglets on either side of his RC213V’s front fairing at Jerez, as most teams stayed on for an extra day of running. “Today we tried many, many, many things – we did many laps from the morning until the last hour,” said Marquez. “Happy with the feeling. “We tried different wings, and it looks that they work in a different way.
