Ciabatti: Lorenzo negotiations were easy

Ducati sporting director Paolo Ciabatti says reigning MotoGP champion Jorge Lorenzo's agreement to move from Yamaha to Ducati from 2017 was prompt. On Monday, Yamaha announced that Lorenzo's eight-year partnership was ending at the end of the current season and he would be joining Ducati on a two-year-deal from 2017. In an interview with Sky Italia, Ciabatti said that getting the three-time MotoGP champion to join them was not difficult and an agreement was finalised promptly.
