Ducati announces two-year Lorenzo deal
– Ducati has formally announced the signing of triple MotoGP World Champion Jorge Lorenzo on a two-year agreement, after a lengthy period of speculation over his future.Lorenzo, whose Yamaha departure was confirmed earlier on Monday, has signed an initial deal with the Italian manufacturer covering the 2017 and 2018 MotoGP campaigns.Lorenzo has taken three premier class titles with Yamaha to date, triumphing in 2010, 2012 and 2015, adding to the pair of 250cc championships he claimed earlier in his career.Ducati currently fields Italian racers Andrea Dovizioso and Andrea Iannone in MotoGP, though has made no reference to which rider will partner Lorenzo from next season."Ducati...
