Crash cost me victory - Iannone
Ducati rider Andrea Iannone believes that he had a good chance of winning the MotoGP season opener in Qatar on Sunday had he not crashed. Reigning MotoGP champion Jorge Lorenzo triumphed at the Losail International Circuit, but Iannone initially hit the front on the second lap before tussling with teammate Andrea Dovizioso for the lead. However, Iannone’s race came to an end on the fifth lap when he lost control of his bike when went white onto a white line and crashed at Turn 13.
