Rossi extends Yamaha deal until 2018
– Yamaha has confirmed that MotoGP legend Valentino Rossi will remain in the sport until at least the end of 2018, after the Italian penned a new two-year deal with the outfit.Rossi re-joined Yamaha in 2013 and has finished as runner-up in the championship across the last two years, but his existing deal expired at the end of 2016.Rossi has now ended speculation over his future by signing on for another two years."I am very happy to announce that Yamaha and I have extended our contract and will continue working together in MotoGP for the next two years," he said."I am very satisfied with this decision, because it has always been my plan to compete in motorsports for as...
