The final night of the final MotoGP pre-season test took place at Losail in Qatar on Friday. World champion Jorge Lorenzo finished the test as he had started on Wednesday; on top of the timesheets - and this time by a substantial half-second over the rest of the field. The Movistar Yamaha rider was also comfortably under the official race lap record on a night when the next 13 riders were covered by one-second. Lorenzo also joined the likes of Andrea Iannone and Pol Espargaro in putting in a long race-simulation run.
