Espargaro still 'positive' despite crash

Suzuki factory team rider Aleix Espargaro says he feels positive despite a late fall on Day 1 of MotoGP testing in Qatar, which resulted in a back injury on Wednesday. The 26-year-old Spaniard fell late in the day, high-siding out and injuring his back, to prematurely end his days testing.
