Phillip Island MotoGP test - Friday (4pm)
The final day of the second 2016 MotoGP test is underway at Phillip Island in Australia. It was a dry but incident-packed start with lap times soon into the 1m 29s and five riders falling, including Suzuki pace setter Maverick Vinales. Rookie Tito Rabat brought out the red flags after an hour, with team-mate Jack Miller falling at almost the same time. After the restart Vinales, team-mate Aleix Espargaro and Tech 3's Pol Espargaro also fell, without injury. Rain then arrived just after midday, sending riders back to the pits where most remained until 3:45pm. Rabat then fell for a second time, without harm.
