Vinales: New ECU putting riders under pressure
Suzuki MotoGP star Maverick Vinales admits some riders are feeling the pressure to get on top of the new unified ECU software. With the opening day in Phillip Island mostly lost to bad weather there are now just five more days of official testing before the racing season begins in Qatar. While Ducati and Yamaha appear to be on top of the new single software Honda, Suzuki and Aprilia still look to have plenty of work to do. Despite the showery conditions, Vinales put in 20 laps on his GSX-RR to try and salvage some electronic progress from the damp opening day, setting the second best lap time to Pramac's Danilo Petrucci, albeit several seconds off lap record pace. “These new electronics...
