Movistar Yamaha rider Jorge Lorenzo says he was surprised that teammate Valentino Rossi was able to keep up with him at the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix on Sunday. Lorenzo finished second at Phillip Island; behind Repsol Honda’s Marc Marquez and ahead of Ducati Team’s Andrea Iannone, with Rossi in fourth place. “To be honest, I didn’t expect that Andrea and Valentino would be able to stay with us.
