Crash.net: How is your pre-season training going Jonas? Jonas Folger: I'm in Spain. I'm training at the moment but I'm a little bit ill the last days. But I'm ok now. After Christmas I went back to Spain and started training with my trainer. We did a lot of bicycle and a lot of things outside. We were training really hard and are still training hard at the moment between the testing. Most of the time we were training outside and in the gym. I've been doing a lot of motocross and supermoto.
